Job Description :
* To review litigation documents, and research on case laws and judgements relating to International Law.
* To prepare summary files, and to liaise with lawyers, to get daily updates on the litigations.
* To understand the International laws in depth and present before seniors about the compliances we need to take care during litigations and also to avoid any further matters.
* To closely monitor the cases from H.O. and if required to travel to all destinations where there are existing cases or possibility of potential cases to understand the nitty-gritty of the case with lawyers.
* Drafting notices, reply affidavits, written statement or any other legal documents or letter.
* To involve in other strategic assignments of the Company from time to time and prepare notes, documents, or legal comments wherever necessary.
Desired :
* Candidate have completed LLB from National Law School will be preferred.
* Should have good understanding of International Litigation.
* Good communication & presentation skill
* Candidates prefered working as Advocate or as Law Assistant in reputed organization.
