Job Description :

* Interacts with the Subject Matter Experts ( SMEs ) and business users to receive requirements on various US based client projects.
* Delegates, as appropriate, to employee and Senior Programmer Analysts and/or Programmers and monitors performance of the team.
* Works with Business users to determine and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
* Provides/reviews estimates for design, build, test and implementation phases, ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained.
* Performs software design, development and documentation
* Guarantees quality of software development and testing
* Manages a team of programmers in India.
* Responsible for the leanring and growth of the programmers.

Desired :

* A bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Technology or similar degree is required from one of India’s top tier technology institutions.
* Candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of both the (SQL database) back-end as well as the front-end of application development.
