Job Description :
* Reports to HR Manager
* Should be able to handle the Reception and attend telephone Calls
* Sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
* File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
* Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
* Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
* Monitor on-going activities and revise contracts.
* Maintain the petty cash.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records.
Desired :
* Knowledge of Computer, Windows, MS Office.
* Good Communication Skill and telephone etiquettes
* Office Up keep and Procurement of Stationary Items.
