Job Location: Mumbai
Job Description :
* Forward the Dispatch Advice format (duly approved by GM Exports) to the Co-coordinator department along with the PO copy for preparing the Sales order (please make sure that the Price would be as per the quotation).
* Forward a copy of Sales Order and PO copy to the Manager Accounts for ECGC Cover Note.
* Co-ordination with the factory for dispatch details
* Follow up with the certifications authorities like Certificate of origin (COO), GSP etc.
* Follow up with factory (Arrange the sample & payment through DD and forward the same to the spice Board (Cochin) for Sudan Certificate.
* Forward all the dispatch documents to the forwarding agent & Customer (by Email Invoice, Packing list & COA) on the date of dispatch of the material.
* Follow up with the Bank for Payment, Documents, Credit Note and BRC etc.
* Taking care of receiving incentives from DGFT (DEPB & VKYUG).
* Sampling to the customers & inform the Tracking No. to the customer.
* Import Shipment (For Flavours and Fragrance) Payment, Documentation, & Follow-up till Import clearance.
