Job Title: Recruiter / Human Resource Executive
Experience: 6 months – 3 Years
Job Summary: To achieve strategic business objectives through rapidly hiring the right person at the right time for roles that are clearly defined and aligned with critical business initiatives.
Job Description:
* Understands recruiting requirements of the client.
* Understand the client’s business and the technology to hire on.
* Build resume sources(networks). Focus on targeting the passive job seeker.
* Map the skill sets desired with the profile of the candidates.
* Convince/ Sell the profile/ career to the prospective candidate.
* Get confirmations & Coordinate interview and candidate assessment processes.
* Negotiate and close offers.
* Follow up till the candidate joins and maintain a good relation.
Responsibilities:
1. To identify and prioritize critical requirements.
2. Works on the allotted requirements and completes the hiring process within acceptable time limit.
3. Work diligently on multiple requirements with multiple clients.
4. Drives successful recruitment through effective sourcing, networking, screening and interviewing.
5. Ensures a successful candidate experience.
6. Clarifies on candidate queries and conveys the position options appropriately.
7. Provides various position options to the candidate.
8. Maintains high levels of communication with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process
9. Develops effective referral networks
10. Implement job branding strategies to attract top-level candidates.
11. Effectively tracks and maintains records for proper flow of information.
12. Follows the client processes rigorously and ensures reporting is done as per the schedules.
13. Adheres strictly to all the reporting requirements and formats.

16. Recognizes and acts on opportunities.
